Changes to the Composition of the Nominating Comittee

The board of directors of AusGroup Limited is pleased to announce the following changes to the composition of the nominating committee (NC) with effect from 5 February 2010:

a) Dr Chew Kia Ngee, an existing independent director, has been appointed a member and the chairman of the NC; and
b) Mr Tan Hup Foi has relinquished his role as acting chairman of the NC.

Henceforth, the nominating committee now comprises the following members:

Dr Chew Kia Ngee - Chairman, independent director
Mr Tan Hup Foi - Member, independent director
Mr Barry Alfred Carson - Member, non-executive director
