Change of Name for Ausclad Group of Companies Limited

AusGroup Limited (the 'Company') would like to announce a name change from Ausclad Group of Companies Limited to AGC Australia Pty Ltd effective as at 27 May 2010.

The change is in line with the Company's ongoing streamlining of operations and associated rebranding.

The name change will not affect the company operations or personnel and will continue to provide the same high quality of service. All current contractual arrangements by Ausclad Group of Companies will continue as is, with no variation to contractual obligations and entitlements.

Further announcements reinforcing the name change will be communicated to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
