Change of Name for Modern Access Services Pty Ltd

AusGroup Limited (the 'Company') would like to announce a name change from Modern Access Services Pty Ltd to MAS Australasia Pty Ltd effective as at 14 June 2010.

The change is in line with the Company's ongoing streamlining of operations and associated rebranding.

The name change will not affect the company operations or personnel and will continue to provide the same high quality of service. All current contractual arrangements by Modern Access Services Pty Ltd will continue as is, with no variation to contractual obligations and entitlements.

Further announcements reinforcing the name change will be communicated to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
