Offer of Share Awards Pursuant to the AusGroup Share Scheme 2010

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of AusGroup Limited (the “Company” or “AusGroup”) wishes to announce that it has offered share awards on 30th November 2011 (the “Awards”) to employees of its wholly-owned subsidiary, MAS Australasia Pty Ltd, and other employees of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AusGroup Share Scheme 2010. The AusGroup Share Scheme 2010 was approved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 15 October 2010.
