Completion of Sale of Property by Subsidiary

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 12 March 2009, the Board of Directors of AusGroup Limited is pleased to announce that the sale of the property at 4 Tuas Link 1 Singapore 638591, by its subsidiary, Cactus Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd, was completed today, 15 May 2009.
