In-Principle approval for the listing and quotation of up to 8,499,157 new ordinary shares in the issued share capital of AusGroup Limited
Further to the December 2011 Announcement, the Board is pleased to announce that the SGXST has on 6 January 2012 granted in-principle approval for the listing of, and dealing in and quotation on the Main Board of the SGX-ST of, 8,499,157 new shares in the Company.
