The Board of Directors of AusGroup Limited refers to the announcements dated 16 December 2011 and 10 January 2012 in relation to the purchase of assets related to the business of Subsea Pressure Controls Pte Ltd by the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, AusGroup Singapore Pte. Ltd.
The Board is pleased to annouce that the Closing of the proposed acquisition took place on 25 January 2012.
