New Appointment: Group General Manager, People Capital

AusGroup would like to announce the appointment of Craig Hunter to the position of Group General Manager, People Capital.

Craig will be responsible for leading the Group’s people development and recruitment as well as overseeing the Company’s talent management and retention programs.

An experienced HR Manager, Craig has over 20 years knowledge in the oil and gas and mining and minerals industries in strategic development and implementation of organisational effectiveness and productivity. Craig is skilled in forming effective HR teams, building relationships with senior functional and operational departments and integrating different organisational cultures and operational practices.

Craig previously held the position of Human Resources Manager for Pilbara Iron - the Australian Division of Rio Tinto Iron Ore; Placer Dome Asia Pacific; BHP Petroleum and BHP Engineering.
