Change to Director's Role

The Chairman of AusGroup Limited annouced today that Mr Stuart Kenny will retire his role as Executive Director, but will remain on the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. This continues the Board's view to maximise the number of Independent and / or Non-Executive Directors.

Chairman, Mr Koh Soo Keong said "Stuart has worked tirelessly in building a strong company, transforming it from a small private company to a fast growing public company."

With the change in Managing Directors in January 2008, and the transition from that process now complete, it is appropriate for the Company and for Stuart to move to a Non-Executive Director role.

Stuart will remain active in the areas of strategic direction and investor returns.
