Change of Name of Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of AusGroup Limited wishes to announce that in line with the enlarged scope of responsibilities of the Remuneration Committee, the Board has renamed the Remuneration Committee as 'Remuneration and Human Capital Committee'
