Further to the announcement made by the Company on 19 May 2009, the Board of Directors of AusGroup Limited is pleased to announce that the acquisition of 100% of Modern Access Services Pty Ltd, by its subsidiary, Ausclad Group of Companies Limited, was completed today, 28 May 2009.
