Acquisition of 100% of Modern Access Services Pty Ltd

The Board of Directors of AusGroup Limited ('Company') wishes to refer to the announcements of the Company on 19 May 2009, 22 May 2009, 28 May 2009, 2 June 2009, 4 June 2009 and 5 June 2009 in respect of the Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms defined in those announcements shall have the same definitions herein.

Further to those announcements, the Company wishes to inform shareholders that 8,698,706 Consideration Shares have been listed and quoted on the Official List of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 am on 12 June 2009.
