Organisational Change: Acting Executive General Manager Operations Resigns

The Board of Directors of AusGroup Limited (the 'Company') wishes to announce that the Acting Executive General Manager Operations, Mr Mike Gibson has resigned from his role, effective as of 20 October 2009.

Mr Gibson will continue an association with the Company on a consultancy basis, as required.

Mr Gibson joined the Company in July 2008 and was appointed Acting Executive General Manager Operations in November 2008.

The Board of Directors would like to express its appreciation to Mr Gibson for his past contributions to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Company has commenced a search to appoint a replacement. In the interim, the Executive General Manager Operations responsibilities will be shared by the Executive Management team.
