Change of name for Modern Industries (Singapore) Pte Ltd

AusGroup Limited (the 'Company') would like to announce a name change of one of its subsidiary companies. Modern Industries (Singapore) Pte Ltd will rename to Modern Access Services Singapore Pte Ltd effective as at 16 March 2010.

The change is in line with the Company's ongoing streamlining of operations and associated rebranding.

The name change will not affect the company operations or personnel and will continue to provide the same high quality of service. All current contractual arrangements by Modern Industries (Singapore) Pte Ltd will continue as is, with no variation to contractual obligations and entitlements.

Further announcements reinforcing the name change will be communicated to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
