CBH - Maintenance of Grain Handling Structure

Scope of Work Provision of scaffolding, encapsulation for abrasive blasting, the application of protective coatings and mechanical maintenance for CBH's grain facilities located in the coastal areas of Esperance and Kwinana in Western Australia. Contracts were awarded for the refurbishment of the 6000T Storage Cells Roofs at Esperance and the Kwinana Shiploaders 3 & 4 Refurbishment. In addition a variation was awarded at Esperance to treat 8 of the 5000T Cell walls.

Alcoa Multi Disciplinary Support Contract

Scope of Work In October 2011, AGC commenced an integrated maintenance contract at Alcoa’s Wagerup Refinery. With the initial service consisting of mechanical, electrical, scaffolding and site support services for maintenance and minor capital works, the contract award positions AGC as a supplier for capital projects across the whole of Alcoa’s Western Australia operations, including mine site expansions, upgrades and expansions at refineries and material handling facilities at Bunbury and Kwinana.
Pluto Painting & Insulation Contract

Scope of Work All painting and insulation works for the Pluto LNG onshore plant including the supply and installation of all insulation, cladding and ancillary materials; fabrication and application of cladding products; and painting and fireproofing coatings of the storage tanks and associated utilities, pipelines and jetty facilities. Completion is scheduled for 2011. In June 2011, AGC’s Painting and Insulation team were awarded a special commendation for outstanding commitment and results in Health, Safety and Environment. The Worley Parsons HSE Excellence Award was presented for exemplary leadership in protecting a unique natural environment, in an area with cultural heritage importance, from the impacts associated by the painting activities.
Apache Integrated Services Contract

Scope of Work AGC is providing maintenance and modifications capability to Apache’s Varanus Island facilities and offshore assets on the North West Shelf. Work includes maintenance and construction capabilities for planned, shutdowns and breakdown works across a broad range of skills and trades, including: mechanical disciplines, sheet-metal fabrication, insulation, painting, scaffolding, rigging, electrical and instrumentation and subcontractor management. In addition, AGC provides fabrication support from its Kwinana fabrication facilities.

Actew Major Protective Coatings Contracts

Scope of Work The second stage of this contract consists of the abrasive blasting, pressure washing and recoating of ActewAGL's major assets throughout the ACT and surrounding areas. These assets range from Googong Dam's fresh water processing plant and pump station intake tower bridge; Lower Molonglo water treatment works; and various reservoirs throughout the area. ActewAGL is the main supplier of ACT’s utilities including electrical, gas and water.
