Car Dumper 5 - RGP6 Client Metso Minerals Operator BHP Billiton Location Port Hedland, Western Australia Year March 2010 - Current Scope of Work AGC was awarded the contract for the supply, fabrication and assembly of a twin cell car dumper and two positioners from Metso Minerals in March 2010. As part of BHP Billiton’s Rapid Growth Project – Stage 6 (RGP6) the car dumper will be located at Nelson Point in Port Hedland, Western Australia and delivered in August 2011.

	North West Fabrication Contract Client Transfield Worley Woodside Alliance (TWW) Operator Woodside Energy Limited Location North Western Australia Year 1999 - Current Scope of Work AGC is contracted to the TWW Alliance to provide fabrication and procurement services associated with the maintenance activities. AGC scope of works includes all gas producing assets that Woodside manage on behalf of its Joint Venture partners and includes the Karratha Gas Plant, Goodwyn ‘A’ Platform and the North Rankin ‘A’ Platform. The associated works encompass a mixture of maintenance and small to medium sized projects designed to extend the life of the assets.

	Worsley Efficiency and Growth Project Pipe Spools Client Bechtel Australia Operator BHP Billiton Location Collie, Western Australia Year December 2008 - Current Scope of Work In December 2008, AGC was awarded a piping contract by Bechtel as part of the $1.9 billion BHP Billiton Worsley Efficiency & Growth Project. The pipe fabrication consists of carbon steel pipe ranging from 50mm NB to 1200mm NB with a small portion of 316 Stainless Steel. AGC is undertaking approximately 15% of the overall scope which is equal to 135,000 diameter inches of welding from 14km of pipe.

	Pluto LNG Project - Temporary Living Quarters (TLQ) Client/Operator Woodside Energy Limited Location Northern Carnarvon Basin, northwest of Karratha, Western Australia Year August 2009 - December 2009 Scope of Work The fabrication, assembly and full commissioning of the Temporary Living Quarters (TLQ) module for the Woodside Pluto LNG Project. The TLQ module weighs 650 tonnes with oval dimensions of 14m wide x 26m long x 18m high. After only four months the TLQ module was successfully loaded-out onto the barge on 18 December 2009.

	Newman Hub Loco Prep Facility Client MPDJV (Mine Port Development Joint Venture) Operator BHP Billiton Iron Ore Location Newman Hub, Western Australia Year January 2009 - November 2009 Scope of Work AGC has been awarded the Newman Loco Prep Facility Project as a result of the successful execution of the Jimblebar Vertical Package Contract, near Newman in Western Australia. The scope of work includes the supply, fabrication, erection, installation and commissioning of structural steel, mechanical equipment, piping and electrical components for a new Loco Prep Facility.

	Blacktip Wellhead Platform Client Saipem Operator Eni Location Blacktip Field, Bonaparte Basin, offshore Northern Territory Year February 2007 - February 2009 Scope of Work AGC was awarded the contract for the supply, fabrication, assembly, electrical & instrumentation, painting, pre-commissioning and load out of the Blacktip offshore wellhead platform including topside, jacket and piles weighing approximately 2,800 tonnes. AGC was involved with the project from the engineering stage to facilitate fabrication methodology and sequences. The erection sequences for the platform were simulated using a 3D model before shop drawings were prepared.

	Pluto LNG Project – Non Return Valve (NRV) Skid Fabrication Client/Owner Woodside Burrup Pty Ltd Location Northern Carnarvon Basin, northwest of Karratha, Western Australia Year July 2008 - August 2009 Scope of Work AGC's scope of work includes the structural material supply, fabrication of the protection structure and mud mats, fabrication and installation of free issue pipe work, installation of the Non Return Valve (NRV), assembly, coating, testing, SIT assistance, transport and delivery to load out facility at AMC.

	Pluto LNG Project - Subsea XENA Tee Protection Frame and Mud Mats Client Allseas Contractors Operator Woodside Energy Limited Location Northern Carnarvon Basin, northwest of Karratha, Western Australia Year August 2008 - April 2009 Scope of Work AGC's scope of work includes the supply, fabrication, assembly, FAT & SIT testing and surface treatment of 2 x 20" diameter x 10" diameter Tee pipe spools, removable protection frame and articulated mud mats. The XENA Tee spools are required to be welded, non-destructive tested, hydrotested and insulated to DNV specifications. Additionally, AGC is required to design, fabricate and test a lifting and transport frame for the XENA Tee assembly.

	Van Gogh Fabrication Services and Subsea Spools Client Acergy Operator Apache Energy Limited Location Van Gogh Field, northwest of Exmouth, Western Australia Year July 2008 - February 2009 Scope of Work AGC's scope of work consists of the fabrication, testing, painting and SIT of 13 rigid spools fitted with ROV panels, fabrication of 26 transport stands and 13 intermediate loadout stands.

	Boddington Gold Mine Pipe Spools Client AKCMR Location Boddington, Western Australia Year May 2008 - February 2009 Scope of Work Offsite fabrication of process piping for the Boddington Gold Mine Expansion Project, including rubber and ceramic lined spools.
