Our Facilities

In Western Australia, our facilities are located at the AGC fabrication centre in Kwinana, and at the Australian Marine Complex ‘Common User Facility’ in Henderson.

Our computerised and automated fabrication facilities have the capacity to fabricate more than 30,000 tonnes of piping and structural products per annum. This includes capabilities in heavy plate, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication.

Equipment includes:

• CNC machines for the processing of plate.
• CNC automatic beam drilling line for processing of hot rolled steel sections.
• CNC pipe profiling equipment for the geometric development and cutting of pipe and structural members.
• Robotic gantry - welding and cutting including tubular profiling.
• CNC sheet metal developing and profile cutting machines are also employed in the insulation and cladding workshops.
